Private Training

This personalized 1-on-1 training session is designed to provide players with specific tools for competing at a higher level. We offer 3 different segments which are designed around game specific skills: Attacking the Basket, Ball Handling, Shooting and Footwork.

Sessions are once a week for 1.5 hours.
Development training | No game time.

Semi-Private Training

This program is for players that will be grouped for training sessions. We offer 4 different segments that are designed around game specific skills: Attacking the Basket, Ball Handling, Shooting, Footwork, Guard & Post Skills.

Sessions are once a week for 2 hours.
Development training | Game time.

Group Training

This program is for teams of 3 or 5 that want to take part in team strength & bonding sessions together. We offer 6 different segments that are designed around game specific skills: Guard & Post Skills, Motion Offense, Shell Defense, Offensive & Defensive Drills.

Sessions are once a week for 2 hours.
Development training | Game time.

Basketball Fundamentals

Basketball fundamentals are the foundation every player should have in order to evolve ad become better. Instilling basketball basics along with an offensive and defensive strategy need to be a natural part of your game when on the court.

Basketball Fundamentals PLUS

Focusing on the fundamentals of basketball are the foundation for every player. Improving on setting up your opponent, and countering aginst a great defender to gain the edge is the “PLUS” to your game we’re offering.

Physical Conditioning

Your conditioning plays a key factor in the amount of minutes you can contribute to a game. Some of the key plays which determine the outcome of the game are withing the final minutes. Proper conditioning gives you the fuel to step-up your game while other players are running on empty.

Strength Training
Being physically ready on the court when the opponent yells “SWITCH!”. Whether it’s strengthening your muscles to defend and push through, or ensuring your core is strong enough for those off balanced shots. Determine the outcome of the mismatch, with the strength to do battle in the paint or at the point.

Elite 1-on-1 Development Training

Our elite development-focused sessions are geared to help you advance from one level to the next building on your desire to grow. For those that wish to fast track the process with additional development training, we also have the time to dedicate to you, if you’re ready to dedicate the extra time and effort to your game.
